and which the developer has obtained County approval of issuance of
building permits in advance of plat recordation.

include property designated as an Archaeological Site and approval was
conditioned upon developer agreeing to prevent destruction of the
Archaeological Site during construction and to preserve the Archaeological
Site as private open space after development.
This form is required for all residential plat applications and unincorporated area residential
site plans located within a certain distance of the runways of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport or North Perry Airport and is recorded to
put prospective purchasers on notice that the property may be subject to aircraft overflight noise and that the County’s noise mitigation does
not apply to new incompatible uses

for affordable housing units and was approved subject to construction of road
improvements but are not required to provide security. Use this form in lieu of
