The Right-of-Way Section prepares Right of way plans for Engineering Division's Capital Projects.
In addition they review Right of way plans for Engineering Division's Capital Projects prepared by consultants.
This section of the Engineering Division provides assistance to various agencies and individuals in resolving and
determining right of way delineation issues. They also review permits to determine
compliance with right of way requirements, prepare legal descriptions and sketches.
