By using the Pet License Information
Database, you can find the owner of a lost dog or cat or look up when your pet’s
license will expire.The database contains the most recent records of dogs and cats registered in Broward County.
You search the database using any one of the
following five types of information:
• License number (complete or
partial)
• Tattoo number (complete or partial)
• Last name only
• First name only
• First and last name
After you enter the information, the owner’s
name, address, phone number, and description of the licensed animal will
appear. The database also has a search function for incomplete license tag
or tattoo numbers.
